Consumer education

Your story on screen can move customers to action, move supporters to tears and move your mission to the next level.

A good video flows the way a good story flows, and the construction process is much the same: an idea, an outline, candid interviews or scripted elements, and compelling visuals. Ink & Soil develops video concepts that fill a need, set the scenes and the b-roll, conduct the interviews, and find the right clips to tell the story you’re after. We can work with our team or yours on filming and production.

A few video examples:

The Emergency Community Food Pantry of Franklin County needed a video that explained the many services they provide for the community to augment their fundraising campaign. Lisa worked with Wilkinson Video for this project.

This brief video highlights Elmwood Stock Farm’s organic, pasture-raised, heirloom turkey offerings and what sets these apart from other turkey available to consumers today. Lisa created the outline and talking points, and Naomi Smith was videographer, editor and co-producer.

Working with the University of Kentucky Community and Leadership Development Cooperative Extension faculty, Lisa conducted interviews for and produced a series of professional profiles highlighting their lives and work. Thanks to Mark Pearson for the videography and editing work.
